The Property Manager/Landlord are proactive, friendly and by far the best company I have ever rented from. They respond promptlt o all requests and/or concerns. The appliance are new and the building and units are beautiful. I live in a college area but I am not a student. I am a full-time employee and work from home. The area is very quiet so I decided to renew my Lease for another year. Hampton Properties Llc is great to rent from. I recommend you to call and look at available properties and their units!

Our experience with Hampton Properties, and especially their owner, Russ Haims, has been nothing short of amazing. When Becker College closed, Russ purchased most of the Worcester campus. We toured two of the dorms and were impressed by the incredible upgrades and custom features he added to each property. When he learned his tenants had a dog, he built a small dog park – with actual fire hydrant. Shortly after our tour, we decided to purchase one of the Becker properties. These homes are almost 100 years old – daunting if you’ve never bought an older home. We weren’t worried because we knew Russ would make sure our home was in good condition. Not only has he provided us with excellent references for landscaping, lighting and fencing, but he quickly had someone fix a leak in our attic – at his expense. This is not your standard seller (or landlord) – but a company that really wants to make living in Worcester a wonderful experience. As a buyer or tenant, what more could you ask for?

We worked with Tara Novia to find our son an apartment for his senior year at Assumption U. She was able to get us a secure, well kept apartment at a reasonable price. Tara went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well informed every step of the way. Highly recommend Hampton Properties and working with Tara Novia!

My son has lived in a Hampton Property since June, 2018 while attending WPI. Not only is the location ideal for him, the quality of his apartment unit is excellent. It is a three bedroom unit on the first floor of a house on Sever Street in Worcester. The unit has a spacious and modern kitchen along with a large living room and hardwood floors throughout. And, there are laundry facilities in the basement! Maintenance requests have been few in number and quickly addressed. All said, it has been an excellent place to live.

My experience with Hampton Properties has been incredible! In the city of Worcester, their properties are by far the cleanest, nicest, and the safest in the area. Tara and Michael are extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive when it comes to a maintenance request (few if any at all), or a simple question, which makes the process of renting much easier. If you are looking to rent in the Worcester area, I would wholeheartedly recommend Hampton Properties LLC.

We worked with Tara Novia to find my daughter and her friends an apartment so they could live together off campus. She found us an updated place in a safe area, and it was a fabulous fit for them! She was in constant contact with us, was polite and courteous, and answered all our questions in a timely manor and with the utmost professionalism. My husband and I met and lived on the beautiful property on 111 Woodland Street. Tara and Mike from Hampton Properties made us feel immediately welcome. Any time we needed something fixed or had any issue on the property, they took care of the issue immediately. We were even allowed to raise a kitten and in the spring enjoyed seeing Tara and her crew plant flowers outside and beautify the property. We loved living there and only moved out when we bought our home to start raising a bigger family. I cannot say enough about my family’s wonderful experience and now other family members of ours rent from Hampton and love it too. Five star ⭐️ review!!!

The Hampton Properties, LLC team was so kind and easy to work with during the leasing process. Tara answered all of my questions, was prompt in her responses, and extremely knowledgeable about the unit I am moving into in June. While this is my first timing renting a unit in one of their properties, I have known Russ for a number of years now through a partnership with the former Becker College Campus. He and his team have some of the best maintained properties in the area and they go well above and beyond to make sure their tenets feel safe and comfortable in their living environment. 10/10 would recommend to my friends/colleagues.

Best rental experience! I have to write this comment because terrible apartment rental experience in NY metropolitan area reminds me of how professional and supportive Hampton is. Properties are well managed. Prompt reply plus reaction for requests for help. During COVID they did very well disinfection work. We received toilet paper (the rare item, lol, precious at that special time) sanitizer and their cute tshirts. You can feel they really care about you and your experience in their property. This could barely be found in those “fancy luxury” buildings in or around nyc: most of them only rip you off.
